A Desertor carne in from the Enemy, This Morning was killed by an Enemy's Shell Lieutenant Carroll 16th Regiment, and Captain Forster 16th Reg1 wounded; also an Artillery Man of Waldeck Regt. and 7 Men wounded by a Shell bursting amongst our where they were filling—This Day the Indians had an attack with the Spaniards and brought in 4 Sculps; The Soldier of the Maryland Loyaiist was Drumm'd out of the Regiment withing 50 Yards of an Enemys Centinel. Received from the Enemy about 320 Shot and about 107 Shells.
