To all Admiráis, ViceAdmirals, Captains, Commanders of His Majesty's Ships of War or Privaters, Governors, Mayors, Sheriffs, Justices of the Peace, Constables, Customers, Comptrollers, Searchers and all others whom it may concern, Greeting:
These are in His Majesty's Name to will and require you to permit and suffer the Bearer hereof
Pras Martin 46 years of age 5 feet 8 m. Peter Smith 36 years of age 5 feet 9 m. Citizens of the N. S. Of America
freely and quietly to go from henee to Hull and there to embark and pass over to Gothemburgh without any Lett, Hindrance or Molestation whatsoever: Providad the said Person do embark within fifteen days after the Date hereof, and sail wind and weather permitting; or otherwise this Pass shall remain no longer in Force. Given at whitehall twenty first—Day of 1801.

Ir libre y tranquilamente desde aquí a Hull de allí embarcar y pasar a Goteborg sin ningún estorbo, impedimento ni molestia alguna, siempre que dichas personas embarquen dentro de los quince días, después de la fecha abajo indicada, y a navegar si el viento y el tiempo lo permiten, de lo contrario este salvoconducto quedará sin vigor.
