Mr V. is very sorry that an unforessen mistake prevented his having the pleasure of seeing Mr Martin this morn.g. When he was yesterday at Ld Hobarts office Col. R. carne in & V. desired Sullivan to request Coll, R. & Mr M. to breakfast with him this morning at 9. He was therefore disappointed greatly to find that Mr. M. was gone away when he arrived.
