Dr. Garden has been particularly entertained with the Comte de Mirabéau's great sollicitude about the state of safety of the English Constitution, which, appear the more astonishing, as the rising glory & transcendent liberty of the American States seems to be the Idol of this worship & admiration.

El doctor Garden ha estado particularmente entretenido con la gran preocupación del Conde de Mirabeau sobre el estado de seguridad de la Constitución inglesa, cosa muy asombrosa, ya que la creciente gloria y trascendente libertad de los Estados Americanos, parece ser el ídolo de su adoración y admiración.
